We stand by our products with our Happiness Guarantee to ensure you have the best experience.
For the Tee Popper, we offer a 45-day guarantee—if your Tee Popper is broken, damaged, lost, or stolen within this time, we’ll replace it free of charge.
For all other Plate Crate items, we provide a 30-day guarantee covering any broken, damaged, lost, or stolen items.
If you need a replacement, simply reach out to us at support@platecrate.com, and we’ll take care of it!
If an subscription is cancelled after its renewal period or after an order is placed, you will receive the remaining Crates that are owed from the renewal and no refund will be issued per our Cancellation Policy

Is the return method done by mail or drop-off location?
- Plate Crate will provide mail-in return instructions.

Is the return label included in the package?
- Plate Crate does not provide a return label -- returns are at the customers expense. However, we will just send a replacement or refund for a defective product, no return necessary.

How long does a refund take?
- If your product was defective, we will process the refund right away. Expect to see the credit process in 3-5 business days.
- For returns, we process the refund after the item has been received.
